Effective Date: April 22, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before purchasing or using the MockupFlow.AI software ("Software"), which is operated by Pixtor, obrt za web i marketing (a craft business registered in the Republic of Croatia, at Trogirska 8, 42000 Varaždin; "Pixtor, obrt", "us", "we", or "our").
By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User", "Licensee") and Pixtor, obrt.
MockupFlowAI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software subject to your purchased tier and payment status.
Licenses are tied to specific hardware IDs via our licensing server. Device (workstation) limits are enforced based on your license tier as described in Section 3.
MockupFlowAI is sold as a one-time purchase (a perpetual license), not a subscription for the app itself. You pay once for your tier and own a perpetual license to use the Software indefinitely:
Pricing for each tier is shown at the time of purchase. There is no recurring fee required to keep using the Software.
Your purchase includes a period of updates and support (as stated at checkout). After that period, you may optionally subscribe to Platform & Compliance Updates — a low-cost annual layer that keeps third-party integrations (Etsy, Shopify, Printify, Gelato APIs), trademark data, and compliance features current as those platforms change. This optional layer is the only recurring charge, and it is not required to keep using the Software.
If you opt in, the Platform & Compliance Updates layer renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us; no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a paid term.
If you do not purchase or you cancel the Platform & Compliance Updates layer, the Software continues to function with full feature access on your machine. It does not revert to a read-only or disabled state. You simply stop receiving new platform-integration updates and compliance refreshes from the date the layer lapses.
You may upgrade from Solo to Studio at any time; the difference between the tier prices applies, as described in our upgrade policy.
The Software includes a library of digital assets (PSD Mockups, Video Templates). You are granted a Commercial License to use these assets to create marketing materials for your business.
Designs, artwork, and content created using the Software belong to you. You are free to use, sell, and distribute your output commercially.
Certain features of the Software connect to third-party services using your own credentials and API keys. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each provider you connect to. We do not resell, mark up, or subsidize third-party service costs.
In particular, by enabling the Etsy integration, you agree to comply with the Etsy API Terms of Use, the Etsy Seller Policy, and the Etsy Intellectual Property Policy in connection with any data accessed, content created, or listings published through the Software. Likewise, when using the Shopify, Printify, or Gelato integrations, you agree to comply with the respective API Terms of Use of each platform.
Rendered content (mockups, product photos, videos) may occasionally include visual artifacts or unintended elements. We provide quality assurance tools but do not guarantee that all rendered content will be free of issues. You are responsible for reviewing all content before commercial use.
Some Software features (including Art Factory and SEO Optimizer) use AI models to help you produce or refine designs and listing copy. The final creative direction, prompts, and decision to publish remain with you; the Software is a tool, not an autonomous author.
Several marketplaces now require sellers to disclose the use of generative AI in listings — for example, Etsy’s Creativity Standards require AI involvement to be disclosed in the listing description and the listing to be placed in the appropriate category. Similar disclosure rules apply on other platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the AI-content disclosure rules of every platform on which you publish content produced with MockupFlow’s assistance.
This is a critical section. Please read carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Pixtor, obrt (and its owner, employees, or affiliates) shall be limited to the amount you actually paid for your Software licence (a one-time purchase), plus any amounts paid for the optional Platform & Compliance Updates layer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
In no event shall MockupFlowAI be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or shop suspensions.
The Software includes a trademark checking feature that queries public databases. This feature is provided as-is and does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party trademarks. We recommend consulting an intellectual property attorney for definitive trademark guidance.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is a result of Acts of God, war, terrorism, government sanction, embargo, labor dispute, strike, interruption or failure of electricity or internet service, pandemic, or illness of key personnel.
MockupFlowAI shall not be liable for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, including but not limited to account suspension, listing removal, restricted access, or permanent bans resulting from content created or published using the Software. You acknowledge that third-party platforms enforce their own policies independently, and MockupFlowAI has no ability to prevent, reverse, or appeal any enforcement actions taken against your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining your account standing on all connected platforms.
All purchases are final. As a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available once your license key has been activated. By completing your purchase through our payment provider, you consent to immediate delivery of the Software and acknowledge the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record, powered by Stripe). For billing inquiries or disputes, contact info@mockupflow.ai.
We understand the risk of relying on software from a boutique provider. We commit to the following:
In the event that MockupFlowAI ceases operations, dissolves, or becomes permanently unable to maintain the licensing servers, we will issue a final "Unlocked Update". This update will remove online license checks, allowing all existing license holders to continue using the local features of the Software indefinitely in its last known state, without further support or updates.
The Software integrates with third-party services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for changes to their APIs, pricing, or Terms of Service. Third-party integrations include:
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Shopify, Printify, and Gelato are trademarks of their respective owners; this application integrates with their APIs but is not endorsed or certified by them. MockupFlowAI is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
For a per-scope breakdown of every OAuth permission requested and its justification, see Privacy Policy §8.1.
“Shopify” is a trademark of Shopify Inc. This application uses the Shopify Admin API but is not endorsed or certified by Shopify Inc.

When using MockupFlow to create or publish listings on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Etsy, Shopify, and Printify), you are solely responsible for ensuring that all listing content — including mockup images, titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, and product variations — complies with the applicable platform’s policies, including but not limited to:
To support platform compliance, MockupFlow includes the following built-in safeguards that run locally on your device:
These safeguards are assistive tools. MockupFlow does not independently review, verify, or guarantee compliance of your listings with any platform’s policies, and the trademark screening feature does not constitute legal advice. You acknowledge that the decision to publish any listing is yours alone, and you remain solely responsible for ensuring that every listing complies with the applicable platform policies.
The Software is a one-time purchase, charged at the tier price published at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new purchases with 30 days notice; your one-time purchase price is not changed retroactively.
Your purchase includes a period of updates and support from the date of purchase (as stated at checkout). After that period, an optional Platform & Compliance Updates layer (see Section 3) is available for continued integration updates, trademark-data refreshes, and priority support. The Software continues to function with full feature access without it, but will not receive new updates.
Cloud storage, platform API, and other third-party service costs are paid directly by you to the respective providers. MockupFlowAI does not charge markup on third-party API usage.
All payments for MockupFlowAI licenses are processed by Lemon Squeezy (powered by Stripe), which acts as the merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax collection, VAT compliance, and invoicing on our behalf. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy/Stripe — we never see or store your credit card information.
