Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before purchasing or using the MockupFlowAI software ("Software") operated by MockupFlowAI ("us", "we", or "our").
By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User", "Licensee") and MockupFlowAI.
MockupFlowAI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software subject to your purchased tier and payment status.
Licenses are tied to specific hardware IDs via our licensing server. Device (workstation) limits are enforced based on your license tier as described in Section 3.
We offer two types of licenses:
Subscription licenses are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a discount as advertised at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. After expiration, the Software will operate in read-only mode (you can view existing data but cannot generate new content).
You may upgrade your tier at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Credits from prior subscription payments may be applied toward perpetual license upgrades as described in our upgrade policy.
The Software includes a library of digital assets (PSD Mockups, Video Templates). You are granted a Commercial License to use these assets to create marketing materials for your business.
Designs, artwork, and content created using the Software belong to you. You are free to use, sell, and distribute your output commercially.
Certain features of the Software connect to third-party services using your own credentials and API keys. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each provider you connect to. We do not resell, mark up, or subsidize third-party service costs.
Rendered content (mockups, product photos, videos) may occasionally include visual artifacts or unintended elements. We provide quality assurance tools but do not guarantee that all rendered content will be free of issues. You are responsible for reviewing all content before commercial use.
The Software's voice input feature requires access to your device's microphone. Audio is captured solely for speech-to-text transcription and is never transmitted to MockupFlow servers.

Voice reply (text-to-speech) is provided via gTTS, an open-source library. Text is sent to Google's TTS service for audio synthesis. No personal data beyond the text content is transmitted.
This is a critical section. Please read carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of MockupFlowAI (and its founders, employees, or affiliates) shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software license in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
In no event shall MockupFlowAI be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or shop suspensions.
The Software includes a trademark checking feature that queries public databases. This feature is provided as-is and does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party trademarks. We recommend consulting an intellectual property attorney for definitive trademark guidance.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is a result of Acts of God, war, terrorism, government sanction, embargo, labor dispute, strike, interruption or failure of electricity or internet service, pandemic, or illness of key personnel.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchasers. If the Software does not meet your expectations within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting info@mockupflow.ai.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and all access to the Software will be revoked.
The money-back guarantee is intended for genuine evaluation of the Software. Accounts that have rendered more than 50 mockups or published more than 20 listings to any marketplace during the guarantee period are considered to have received substantial value and are not eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Upon receiving a refund, all content created using the Software (mockups, listings, bundles, marketing materials) may no longer be used for commercial purposes. You agree to remove any published listings that were created using MockupFlowAI within 7 days of the refund being processed.
We understand the risk of relying on software from a boutique provider. We commit to the following:
In the event that MockupFlowAI ceases operations, dissolves, or becomes permanently unable to maintain the licensing servers, we will issue a final "Unlocked Update". This update will remove online license checks, allowing all existing license holders to continue using the local features of the Software indefinitely in its last known state, without further support or updates.
The Software integrates with third-party services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for changes to their APIs, pricing, or Terms of Service. Third-party integrations include:
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. MockupFlowAI is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
Subscription fees are charged at the rates published at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers retain their price for the duration of their current billing cycle.
Perpetual licenses include 12 months of updates and support from the date of purchase. After 12 months, an optional Annual Maintenance Subscription is available for continued updates and priority support. The Software continues to function without maintenance, but will not receive updates.
Cloud storage, platform API, and other third-party service costs are paid directly by you to the respective providers. MockupFlowAI does not charge markup on third-party API usage.
All payments for MockupFlowAI licenses are processed by Lemon Squeezy (powered by Stripe), which acts as the merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax collection, VAT compliance, and invoicing on our behalf. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy/Stripe — we never see or store your credit card information.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through Lemon Squeezy. Available payment methods may vary by region.
All purchase receipts and invoices are issued by Lemon Squeezy and sent to your email address. You can also access your purchase history through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
The Software incorporates open-source libraries licensed under permissive terms (MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0). A complete list of third-party components and their licenses is available in the Software's documentation. Key dependencies include:
